My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room on the 5th floor was quiet and had good beds, a coffee machine, safe, water bottles, and free wifi. It was two levels above basic, featuring a large, comfortable bed, excellent sound-proofing, and all the amenities like a minibar, safe, Nespresso machine, welcome snacks, and a bountiful breakfast. The location was central, but a bit noisy due to nearby conversations. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience, while lovely, had slightly long wait times. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet on the 5th floor, felt very modern and up-to-date, impeccably clean, and spacious. The view from the room was gorgeous, and the bed was huge, plus having both a big shower and a bathtub was a great touch. However, the service was a bit lacking due to some aggressive behaviors and slow check-in processes. The location was fantastic, right in front of the main cathedral square and close to vibrant areas, but there were occasional noise disturbances. The dining experience was generally excellent, but with some slight waiting times. Overall, a great value for money.
I was truly amazed by one of the best energizing massages ever experienced in their beautiful spa, although the rooms tended to get uncomfortably hot at times. The balcony with a breathtaking view of Vilnius's main landscape was exceptional. While I wished a Jr Suite or Twin De Luxe was available, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
