I appreciated the helpful staff. They were attentive to our needs. the hotel is near the tube. we also found kensington palace and gardens a short walk away. the hotel was indeed a great location for exploring.

The hotel offers convenient access to public transport links, that was really helpful. two tube stations are nearby. the proximity to kensington palace and gardens is a plus. We loved the pool. but the gardens were amazing!

the location is near two tube stations. i enjoyed that there was water, a kettle, and a coffee machine in my room!!! the room also included robes and slippers.

the breakfast area felt quite cosy. the staff were polite and attentive, so i felt welcome.
the executive king size room, wasn't quite what i expected. it felt a bit constrained, and there wasn't much space, a shame.
