The hotel's modern architecture complements its location in the Ocean Village, near cruise terminals. I had to chase for months to secure our appointments, and even after escalating the issue to the spa manager , I was repeatedly called by the wrong name. Then , upon checkout , I was presented with incorrect charges , and it took multiple attempts to resolve the bill.

high bed missing information
The bed was too high. I needed to request a stool to get in and out (i found this quite inconvenient). There was no readily available information about the hotel except through IT. If guests do not have a smartphone, obtaining information is difficult. I thought the room could have benefited from a pen and paper. It took three days to get a "do not disturb" card for the door.

irritated hostess bland food
the breakfast was good last time i stayed, and it was again this time.
I was a little disappointed with the service in the restaurant, especially as we were there to celebrate a birthday. the hostess who greeted us seemed irritated. It. the food was bland and lacked flavor, and the limited dinner menu was difficult. I wanted something light, but the only fish was fish and chips.

slow lift cramped public area
The room was satisfactory and met my basic needs .
I found the lifts to be quite small and slow it was a notable inconvenience. A mobile bar was stored in the corridor that was necessary to pass to reach the service stairs, this was not ideal. The public areas felt cramped and smaller than expected.
