Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were not only spacious and quiet but also exceeded my expectations with complimentary drinks upon arrival. However, there was a slight hiccup as the initial room did not have a bath, but the staff swiftly relocated us to a new room, showcasing their dedication to guest comfort.
The hotel offers wonderfully spacious and beautifully designed rooms with stunning city views. However, check-in was delayed until 5 pm, causing inconvenience with luggage. The air conditioning was somewhat limited in temperature control, leading to warm nights.
The hotel rooms are quite spacious and nice, although our check-in was delayed until 5 pm. We had to deal with leaving and collecting our luggage multiple times, which was a hassle. The room had a peculiar smell of marijuana from other guests, and the presence of a pillar made the room feel smaller.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were stylish and comfortable with a spectacular view of the St Pancras clock tower, but they could have been bigger with larger beds. The service was polite and unobtrusive, but there is room for improvement in customer service. The location was perfect in Camden, great for exploring London, but the dining options were limited with no privacy on balconies. The facilities were generally good, although some areas could be improved.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a great layout, featuring a gorgeous bath; however, there was a noticeable spillage stain on the wooden floor. The hotel is conveniently located close to St Pancras and Granary Square, but it can be noisy due to the nearby nightclub.
The hotel rooms were super clean & comfortable, spacious, and had a great view, making our stay exciting. The service was very friendly and welcoming, providing great unobtrusive assistance. The location was perfect for Eurostar travellers like us, being literally perfect for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Dining was pretty basic, but the overall experience was pleasant. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained, offering great value for the money.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms had great design detail, but there were quite a few chargeable items in our junior terrace suite. The view over London from the room was fantastic. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond and naturally enthusiastic. The location was superb, just 2 minutes from KX station and within walking distance to Coal Drops Yard, making it excellent for exploring London. The dining experience, however, took a bit longer than expected and was a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, especially the library lounge and rooftop bar.
The hotel is conveniently located across from King's Cross Rail and Underground stations, making it ideal for sightseeing trips in London. The rooms, although cozy, are outdated and lack cleanliness. The service is exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The dining experience is basic, with some omissions in ordered dishes. Despite the convenient location, the in-house facilities are limited and the hotel is near a busy area away from the library zone.
The hotel's location is brilliant, just a 2-minute walk from KX station and within walking distance to Coal Drops Yard. The rooms, while spacious and equipped with almost everything we needed, could be cleaner. The service was incredibly warm, helpful, and effective, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The dining options, though basic, had some delays in service. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, with a library bar that adds to its charm.
