The room featured a full length mirror and dressing table area. Very practical. Staff cleaned the room daily and restocked tea and coffee. I found the hotel location convenient. Destinations were less than ten minutes away on foot.

The hotel offers side access to the train station. It sits centrally. Many locations were within walking distance. The area felt safe for solo travellers. That matters.

The location is good for accessing transport links.
The staff looked unhappy. They said the hotel was too busy for a late checkout. This seemed untrue because I then had to pay for an extra night for only a few hours. The telephone at the front desk did not work properly for contacting the restaurant.

i found the hotel to have lovely period features and gorgeous decor. the room was spacious and modern. the reception area is beautiful and so is the bar. the hotel's christmas decorations were beautiful.
