beautiful king bird's eye view comfy bed bottled water
My beautiful king room matched the photos online. I got the bird's eye view i requested. the bed was comfy and the daily cleaning made it super clean. complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. It was replaced every day.
the bar staff wanted to finish early. last orders came 45 minutes before closing. that was disappointing

the front desk staff completed checkout memorably! they accommodated a late checkout request until 2pm. access to the executive lounge was even granted. it was very helpful.

excellent visit
smooth process high floor very nice view friendly staff
abi's kindness during check-in was amazing. he ensured a smooth process and gave me a nice, high-floor room. the room offered very nice views from the 15th floor. housekeeping was very nice, and they cleaned the room perfectly every day. the door staff was friendly and cute.
the hotel is expensive for what it is. the ground floor bar shoehorned into the lobby is not great.

The staff greeted me with a smile every time i entered. ian, from the concierge, was very helpful with information. milton was super friendly. I appreciated his kindness and professional attitude, i felt welcomed by all staff members.

The king executive suite had a calm and elegant atmosphere. the upgrade was a pleasant surprise. the suite felt spacious, it was beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. I found the attention to detail in the room really good!

fantastic hotel stay!
soft pillows cleaning staff breakfast service
The pillows were SO soft. i almost took one. the room cleaning staff was amazing! they came to our room several times a day and. the breakfast service staff was lovely. They got us stuff quickly.
i had a little hiccup after checkout. i left my airpods in my room and realized it pretty fast. i contacted the hotel, but they said nothing was handed in. that's a bummer

the hotel is near key attractions. it is also near shopping districts. the proximity to hyde park is great. an underpass makes access safe for families with children.

The breakfast was amazing. The lounge seating area have a amazing view. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels.
The lobby smelled bad and the corridors did too. The guest service do not answer calls. I found the reception unresponsive at times.
