slow elevators fire alarm
The elevators seemed perpetually slow. I waited ages. One morning, the fire alarm blared, sending everyone scrambling outside. It turned out to be just a drill. A heads-up would have been nice. The room itself felt a bit cramped, honestly.

the location provided convenient access to local attractions. the staff addressed my requests efficiently. i found the room amenities to be well-kept. the hotel offered a good selection of dining options.
the hallway carpets was slightly worn, which detracted a bit from the otherwise perfect presentation of the premises.

The location was quite central to many attractions.
There were issues with the room. The room was stuffy, it had no air conditioning, and opening the window was impossible because of the screen. I expected more from this hotel..

excellent stay near piccadilly
fantastic room wonderful breakfast
the executive king room on the 7th floor was fantastic. staff were really good too. breakfast was wonderful, everything was freshly prepared.
i didn't like that the shower only went to lukewarm even at the maximum temperature though it was just about good enough.

dated bathroom shower pressure
the location proved convenient, as expected.
my room felt quite dated and the bathroom fixtures looked rather old. the shower pressure was also pretty weak. i asked for toothpaste and waited an hour and a half, even after reminding them three times... pretty ridiculous.

I encountered a delay during check-in, extending to fifty minutes. The air conditioning in my initial room did not function adequately.
