excellent stay in the heart of it all
quick resolution excellent recommendation good treat
the staff promptly addressed it. i also found the concierge service helpful. they provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. finally, the daily treats were a good touch.
The elevator wait times were occasionally long. It was inconvenient.

decent stay, some issues encountered
dirty glass scuffed walls
the location was acceptable, it was close to many attractions.
i found hairs in the bed and a dirty water glass. the walls were scuffed and the number outside my room was broken. the welcome message on the tv was for a previous guest. the hotel seems to be rushing to prepare rooms.

street noise attention lack
The location was good, yet my room was not that soundproof. I heard street noise all night. The staff didn't respond quickly when I asked for assistance with my luggage. I also notice hairs in the bathroom sink after the cleaning, this lack of attention was really off-putting. I had expected better service for that much money.
