central location friendly staff beautiful arrangements late room noisy air conditioning cleanliness issue

i had a really nice stay. the location felt very central, it was easy to walk to many places. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .. the florist did a wonderful job with the arrangements. everything looked gorgeous!

i did find a few things that weren't perfect. our room wasn't quite ready upon arrival, i had to wait a little bit. the air conditioning in the suite was a bit noisy, that bothered me a little. also, some clothing tags were left behind in the suite from previous guests, i noticed that.

The hotel provided an upgrade to a balcony room! The balcony offered city views. I found the hotel to display precious art throughout its premises. I liked that the staff were professional and kind. I also discovered their attentiveness. The hotel is beautiful.

During my visit. I noticed the air-conditioning unit produced disruptive noise. This issue made it difficult to sleep. It seemed the AC unit was above the bathroom ceiling, continuously running. I was somewhat irritated by the constant hum during the night.

The cloakroom attendants gave me a lovely fresh fluffy towel and turned on the taps for me. the champagne afternoon tea was divine. our young waiter hugh was really good. He was so polite and professional.

i reserved a "courtyard view" room, it was a far cry from what i expected. my room had windows facing the "courtyard," they were frosted out as the "courtyard" had concrete walls. i found this room description deceptive.
