The location is very convenient. The hotel provides a direct link to the O2 arena. This made attending an event very easy. The room had decent coffee and tea facilities. I also found the staff very friendly, always ready to assist.
Upon arrival, I was not fully informed about the hotel's facilities. There was also building work going on, a bit disruptive. The room was too hot. I had difficulty adjusting the air conditioning to a comfortable level.

the room was nice. it had a speaker in the bathroom. the location was unbeatable for the o2. breakfast was excellent. the staff were very friendly, it was nice to see.
i didn't get the room i booked. i paid a lot. i was told i had an upgraded room, but i ended up in a room with a double bed. i had to sleep on a sofa bed. i didn't pay a large amount a night to sleep on a camp bed.

the hotel has a direct connection to the o2. this was very convenient as i attended an event there. the breakfast had many options and the staff were helpful. the room featured a lounge area and a mini bar.
i found some issues with the cleanliness. there was mud on the floor when i checked in. the coffee machine in the room did not work. the hotel provided only a limited supply of coffee pods.

the room felt so clean and quiet. the top floor bar offered fabulous views with attentive staff. its closeness to the o2 arena made everything very easy. i felt pampered with all these sweet details.
the room missed a small touch. a quick call to the front desk resolved everything quickly though.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The location was perfect for access to the o2 arena via a private walkway, and the north greenwich tube station was close by. the room was spacious, super clean, and decorated tastefully. It had all the amenities i needed for my stay. breakfast had so much choice, and the staff was polite, a nice river view was included! the furnishings were really good, and the bed was very comfortable.
Upon arrival, i informed the reception team that my room had not been cleaned properly. a half-used water bottle sat on the side, and the ironing board was left out. Poor service considering the hotel stature!

fine design really good service great relaxation
The hotel lobby has a fine design. talat at reception provided really good service upon arrival. She particularly remembered my birthday. the spa facilities allowed great relaxation. I used the sauna and steam room. the room service was available 24hrs. Madhu delivered the food with a friendly service.
i found a problem with the room. our upgraded room had a body odour smell and the air conditioning was poor. my luggage was delayed reaching my room.
