Amazing Central Hotel
comfy bed central location
The room had super comfy bed. I also found complimentary water daily in the room and this was great. It was really nice after a long day. The location was perfect. It made getting around really easy!
the room had bad soundproofing. I could hear noise from the next room and outside, especially in the morning. This made it difficult to sleep in!

helpful staff comfortable beds quick room good sound-proofing
the front desk staff were helpful, i arrived early after a long flight. evita and leah were really good too find me a room quickly. the hotel has good sound-proofing, i did not hear street noise. the beds were very comfortable.

i had a smooth check-in with destiny offering an early room upgrade. she was very friendly. i could also leave my luggage. the hotel decor had a funky style that i loved. it was a short walk to the nearest tube stop.
I noticed the absence of a full-length mirror in the room. This was surprising for this category of hotel.

the hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room all kept spotlessly clean. the pool is shallow, though it remains perfectly suitable for swimming. a rooftop bar is also available.

the location was acceptable with many bars and restaurants within walking distance..
The service felt practically nonexistent. Nobody smiled or seemed interested in assisting guests, the bar staff even ignored us for ten minutes while drying glasses..

The super king bed in the superior room was really comfortable. The size of the room was good. breakfast was ordered to the room and it seemed like a real treat. the pool area has both a steam room and a sauna!
