convenient location immaculate room attentive staff

The location is near public transport, it is VERY convenient. The room was immaculate. I enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour. The staff was attentive!!!

The gym was slightly crowded during peak hours.

seasoned olives beautiful king

I really liked how the foyer smelled. Its a very strange thing to say, but i was struck by it on entrance. my room, a beautiful king, had complimentary drinks upon arrival. I found tasty sparkling wine and beer and giant cherries with seasoned olives.

the air conditioning unit in my room did not work.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable

the club lounge is open only 1.5 hours daily. the selection was poor they only had melted cheese torn up bread and olives. my partner could not eat the bread or cheese since they are gluten free and vegan the staff said they had no gluten-free options

the location is decent, near some areas i wanted to see.

The mini bar situation was dire, revealing half-eaten snacks, the fridge wasn't working. The drinks remained tepid. the tv, refused to function at all. plus, some electrical socks did not work!

small spa poor communication

the spa was really disappointing , it was really small. I asked the lady at reception about massage services , BUT she told me to check with the spa. communication with the spa was poor , I emailed them a day before and never heard back. it was frustrating.

clean room helpful staff

the room was clean. the staff were helpful and kind. the doormen offered helpful advice to me as i left each day. the shower were very nice.

the spa was closed due to maintenance. it wasn't mentioned when i checking in. this was disappointing because it was part of the reason i chose this hotel.
