charmed stay at a historic hotel
friendly staff convenient location excellent service
i really loved the hotel. it provided a comfortable, pretty room, and excellent service. all staff members were friendly and courteous. the location is perfect! facing russell square, it is also a street block from russell square tube station.
The gym was small. there were only a few cardio machines and free weights. I would have liked more equipment.

firm bed slow service
the bed was quite firm. i found it difficult to get comfortable. also, the service in the bar area was slow at times. it took a while to get the attention of the staff and receive our drinks..

warm welcome professional manner
Marina gave me a warm welcome during check-in. Her kindness and professional manner were good. I used the concierge desk often and Sean and Joseph always helped. The late-night room service was a wonderful benefit after long days.
The front desk staff was unfamiliar with a specific program. I received only part of the benefits I expected. I also had to speak with multiple people to get them. It.
