wonderful location friendly doormen superb food
The location is wonderful. every day, the doormen were especially friendly and helpful. I valued this. the staff was attentive, and the food was superb. i was pleased with the room. It was a classic double room.

rude staff cramped room
the location were really convenient, being close to many attractions.
the staff were very rude at check-in, they didn't even offer a smile. the room i get were a bit cramped and look like it needs new furniture. also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken, this made the room really humid after showers.

amazing stay
helpful staff spacious suite great location
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially joe at the front desk! he really helped us out after our long flight. our room was spacious and traditionally decorated, not too much though. the location is great. We walked to the palace, big ben, and the eye.
the room did not have a minibar or fridge, a minor inconvenience.

I visited the english grill restaurant. it offers a really good set meal. the value is excellent. I highly recommend it. the service was attentive and the ambiance was very charming too.
