fantastic stay near battersea power station

great location nice rooms flexible app helpful staff

i loved the excellent location near shops and amenities. it was easy to access central (i had a great time!). the rooms are really nice, and i liked the bar. the online check-in and check-out via the app made our plans more flexible. the hotel held our luggage since we had a late flight.

I must say that the lighting in the hallway felt a little dark. this was a very small issue.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views

artful decor efficient staff rooftop infinity pool

i was immediately struck by the artful decor throughout the hotel. the staff were friendly and efficient. i got a room on a high floor as i requested during check-in. the rooftop infinity pool provided fine views of the power station and the city skyline (a real highlight!).

the breakfast service was a little slower than i expected on one occasion.

central location resort feel dining options

I enjoyed the hotel's location close to battersea power station (a sight i admire). the rooftop pool provided a resort-like feel with live music. many dining options were a short walk away. The onsite options looked appealing. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

during my visit, the lifts experienced delays. i sometimes waited to get to my floor.

convenient location beautiful interior fine pool significant lift ineffective blackout curtains sunlight issue

i found the location to be quite convenient. the interior design had some beautiful details that stood out. i also thought the rooftop infinity pool was fine , especially with its view.

the lifts posed a significant problem. it often took 10 to 15 minutes to get one , even during quieter times. the blackout curtains in my room were not effective. there was about a 1-inch gap at the bottom , so sunlight still came in.

great location friendly staff rooftop pool delicious breakfast

The building's design impressed me. the rooftop pool provided dramatic views at night. staff were professional and friendly. the downstairs restaurant offered fabulous food for both lunchtime and breakfast. The service was superb. i found parking nearby, easy to access. locally, there was a great atmosphere. the gym and sauna facilities remained clean and modern. breakfast tasted delicious and the room was lovely.
