The room was clean. I found the restaurant team superb. Nina at concierge was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and every recommendation was a flawless curated success.
The room was dark and i had a hard time figuring out how to work the light switches.

The location was fairly convenient to the tube.
The room I booked was quite small, and the view was not good! It overlooked some sort of service area. I found the lighting system overly complex. It was hard to figure out.

short cable missing lock
The staff were great I found the concierge very helpful.
The room was too minimal and the bathroom door lacked a lock I found this disappointing. Mugs were too hot to hold when filled with tea and there was no fresh milk provided for tea. The kettle could only be plugged in next to the bed because the cable was too short.
