helpful staff amazing location small room little window
the staff was polite and helpful, it was a lovely hotel for a stay. its location was amazing for shopping and seeing a show. i will return for my next visit.
the room was small and had a little window, it was not very comfy. we could fit our luggage though the aircon was not working on the last night, so it was a bit stuffy.

small room unimpressive welcome
The location was good, close to amenities.
The room felt quite small. I also found the welcome at reception unimpressive. It lacked the warmth I anticipate from a hotel. The staff at breakfast seemed harried and not particularly hospitable, which affected the start of my days.

convenient location helpful staff room upgrade tasty selection
i found the location to be fantastic near the tube station. the staff was wonderfully helpful. my room was upgraded as a nice surprise. the breakfast offered a large selection of tasty options.
the hot water system experienced a temporary malfunction, resulting in a cold shower (it was resolved later).

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

central location efficient staff variety breakfast friendly staff
I appreciated the central location. It was easy to get around (especially with the tube station nearby). The hotel gym had all the basics for a quick workout. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day right. I also found the bar inviting, with very friendly and efficient staff.
The reception area felt a bit bland upon arrival. It could use a little more character.

the team. i especially appreciated nebih's help with arranging my transportation to the airport. the staff were helpful and polite during my entire visit.
the bathroom cleanliness was average and i had to request an adapter for my chargers.
