Access to the room from the garage was a significant advantage with luggage. The location was ideal for walking to the sights I wanted to see. The Christmas market was conveniently located just around the corner from the hotel. It was AMAZING!!!
The room I received was a little small. The absence of cupboards was a drawback for international travel given the price. Having no safe in the room was quite inconvenient as I needed to secure passports and money.

i found the reception staff helpful. mr sergey especially crafted a great three-day itinerary for me. he recommended day trips to bruges, ghent, and wetteren, as well as dinant and namur. the location was very central too.
the room i stayed in felt quite small. i missed having cupboards to store my belongings, especially as i had quite a bit of luggage. the absence of a safe in the room was also a bit inconvenient for securing important documents.

The location proved convenient. I appreciated being a short walk from many attractions. The rooms were well-equipped, and the overall decor created a NICE atmosphere. I also received early check-in, something that i certainly appreciated after a long journey.
The lack of cupboards in the room proved inconvenient. International travellers would benefit from more storage space. Considering the cost of the room, this was a noticeable absence. the room lacked a safe, so i felt uneasy about securing passports and valuables.
