superb city experience
convenient locationgood bedroom sizehigh cleanliness
the location is very convenient. i found it easy to walk to major attractions. the bedroom was a good size. it overlooked a pretty courtyard. cleanliness was high. bathroom facilities were good. i enjoyed breakfast. i used the spa jacuzzi and steam room each day. each guest can book it for one hour for private use.
the white led lighting felt a little depressing. the lounge decor felt the same. the sofa was also uncomfortable.

the staff offered a very friendly welcome. they were attentive when i asked for some guidance for specific trips. they provided helpful suggestions. i could not have asked for more.

the hotel location is great I walked to the opera house easily. the staff were very kind and helpful. they gave me great food recommendations at check in. the room and bathroom seemed bigger than most in the city I've seen.
the in-room dining menu seemed very limited I wished there were more options available.

the staff was attentive to my needs when i asked for some specific guidance for trips. the welcome was friendly and the overall service created a family atmosphere. the reception staff responded very fast to all our messages.
