nice staffterrible lightingdrab atmosphere
the staff was nice enough, i guess.
The room felt cramped, and honestly, i thought the lighting was terrible. It made the space seem even smaller than it was and created an overall drab atmosphere.

the hotel location is amazing! it is very near the metro and a tram line too. i feel safe in the area day and night. my room on the top floor has this huge balcony! it shows the cool roofs. the staff are very cute and helpful. breakfast has lovely choices. they give you fresh water every day in the fridge!

The hotel provided an honest bar after 6 pm, i found a good selection of alcoholic drinks. i liked the unlimited drinking water. The dining room stored refillable bottle containers. this makes them environment friendly.
the hotel is a little out of the main areas, this was not ideal.

I really liked that the hotel was super clean, with a modern decor. the staff was so attentive, always ready to help. i especially liked the complimentary water and coffee. This was very thoughtful. i felt the hotel always put guest satisfaction first and it showed.
