The hotel's location is very convenient (just across from Gare de l'Est). I needed accommodation due to train disruptions. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room had a wonderful view of the street from its long windows. The crisp bed linen and comfortable bed helped me relax.

the hotel is very close to the gare de l'est. the staff was friendly and helpful when i had questions about metro routes. they wrote everything down on paper for me which was useful. the room had a view of the street (it was nice to see the city).

The tv remote was missing, i had to change channels manually! also, the shower temperature was inconsistent it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. it made showering a real chore and honestly. The noise from the street at night was quite loud even with the windows closed! it was hard to fall asleep sometimes!
