The staff were friendly. They were always on hand to get us everything we needed. The location was central to different areas we wanted to visit. The balcony was a lovely addition. It was really nice to sit out there.
The room was a little smaller than expected. I was alone, so this was not an issue. I would not recommend it for couples. The breakfast was disappointing for the price I paid. It was very basic and not great quality, in my opinion.

i found the staff very helpful. the check-in process was efficient. tea, coffee, and pastries were available throughout the day. the location was also central with a nearby metro station.

the hotel is in a central location and near a metro station. this made access to various sites very easy. the area felt quiet despite its central position, i noticed.

the location was perfect! a metro station was close. helpful staff were available at reception. they provided complimentary croissants near the reception area. the building looks lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. the breakfast was nice, though the eggs were not that good. the staff was very attentive.
the bathroom needs updating, it looked a bit old. i think the room could have been cleaner.
