perfect barappealing loungeclean rooms
the location is excellent the dining area and bar are perfect. it is great for drinks. i also found the billiard lounge appealing. the staff ensured clean rooms and also granted a late check-out.
the rooms are small this was expected i think the spa was decent but did not stand out.

the rooms are clean pristine and immaculate i stayed for one week. it felt good coming back every night to a very tidy room with fresh amenities provided daily for all occupants.

the location was quite good, near the champs-élysées (i guess that's something).
i was somewhat disappointed. the room service coffee tasted like machine coffee (at 10 eur per cup). also, i kept seeing dirty room service trays in the hallways for ages (it was a bit unsightly).

The hotel has luxurious fittings and bedding.
I stayed here previously and had an really good experience. This year, mistakes were made by the front desk. Requests were ignored, and the bartender was aloof. The breakfast timing was terrible, and I did not receive coffee until I finished my meal. The room was dark and hot, and requests to change the thermometer timer were ignored.
