The hotel had a spa. It was a lovely area to relax. The staff members were friendly and wanted to help with any request I had. The location was excellent, providing convenient access to many attractions.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . the swimming pool was a great addition , especially on warmer days. i found the location to be quite convenient , close to many attractions. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.
the gym's air conditioning was not working correctly.

the team provided really good assistance, with prompt responses to requests and a genuinely cute attitude. i observed consistent attentiveness from the reception staff and those managing the breakfast service. every interaction was professional and efficient.

the hotel features a lovely pool , perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. there is a mini bar stocked with drinks and snacks , and tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. a hairdryer and air conditioning were provided.

The location was convenient for accessing various attractions.
Our "beautiful double room" was not as expected it felt small. The shower temperature fluctuated significantly going from hot to lukewarm. The spa was smaller than it was in the photos, it felt crowded with just a few other couples.

the pool was bigger than i thought it would be. the front desk personnel assisted me with using city bikes at a nearby corner (i found that very helpful).
the room i booked (beautiful double room) was not available when i checked in. instead, i was given an accessible room, something i found to be a downgrade.
