the minibar was not properly stocked. it only contained two bottles of water and a few soft drinks. i expected more variety. additionally, the air conditioning unit made a rattling noise throughout the night. i found it disruptive for sleeping.

the rooms were clean and well-kept. i found the beds comfortable and the pillows provided great support. the breakfast buffet included many choices, i felt it was a good value.. the location was also a plus as it was easy to get around. i appreciated the easy access to transportation.

The staff was friendly and helpful! i appreciated the small shop inside. It had great snacks. the bar and lounge area were really comfortable. the rooms featured a beautiful design and decoration.
the hotel advertised a café, restaurant, and rooftop bar. they were all closed . this influenced my choice and my perception of the value.

The hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. This was greatly beneficial because I needed to work the next day after a long trip. The suite included a couch and ample space, ideal. I received requested extra towels promptly. The late checkout was arranged easily. Molton Brown toiletries in the room was a nice touch.
During breakfast, the service staffs were a bit uninterested when I asked for assistance. The fruits such mandarins appears shriveled.

The hotel is near several metro stations, also cafes. i found a grocery store nearby, very useful. the reception staff were very helpful. They suggested local places to visit. the breakfast offered many choices.
the courtyard was noisy at night. i could not sleep well because the bar workers chatted late. this happened on wednesday and thursday.
