the staff was friendly and efficient, i like this. my room was large and very clean. the bed was very comfortable too, i slept like a baby.
i waited a long time for breakfast one morning. someone dismissed it so i complained. there were no apologies after i complained.

the breakfast was very good. it was a served breakfast and not buffet style. i find the bed i slept on very comfortable. parking on site was easy and convenient.
the lift operation was a little slow at certain times.

hotel cleanliness stood out. reception and staff were polite. breakfast was served at the table not a buffet. i recommend this hotel.
the air con system did not work.

Mixed experience at this hotel

rude staff unavailable manager
The breakfast service was disappointing. One staff member WAS rude to my wife regarding our order. She then threw a basket of toast onto our table when we requested more. Upon complaining at reception, I was told the manager was unavailable and I had to send an e-mail. I found this UNACCEPTABLE.
