minor inconveniences during stay

soft mattressshower gap
the room i received had a small gap under the shower screen. water ended up all over the bathroom floor creating a small pool. the mattress was too soft and i woke up with back pain each morning. i found signs of disrepair in the room and damp around the windows it was nothing to write home about. honestly, i expected a bit more for the money.
