charming stay in a central location

I appreciated the friendly staff. Jonasse was especially helpful. breakfast offered many choices and tasted quite good. the hotel surprised my sister with birthday balloons in our room which was a lovely touch. the location proved ideal with easy access to metro lines and nearby attractions.
housekeeping missed cleaning the shower thoroughly which was a small oversight

i found the location excellent, close to st lazare station and several metro stops. the staff were friendly and efficient throughout my visit. the room was well-kept and had all necessary amenities, including a safe and tea making facilities (i particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate). the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, sufficient for a few days.
the bathroom floor felt quite cold, even with the heating on, a bit uncomfortable.

I found the staff lovely and efficient. They addressed all my needs promptly. its central location allowed me to easily explore the city by foot. i also appreciated the proximity to restaurants and public transport options.
the room felt quite cold at times, especially in the bathroom, uncomfortable despite adjusting the thermostat.
