The room's soundproofing was inadequate. i could hear everything happening next door. the provided sauna, advertised in the pictures, was nonexistent. This misrepresentation was quite disappointing. also, the check-in staff displayed a lack of friendliness, which significantly impacted the initial impression.

The reception staff offered wonderful transit advice and efficiently took my bags to my room. My spacious room was immaculate and cleaned daily. I was charmed! The rooftop restaurant provided lovely views. Breakfast was extensive, and the staff handled the busy environment with ease. I always found a seat.
The soundproofing could be better, I noticed some noise from the hallway late at night.

the location was perfect near the train station. the staff was cute, which i loved. the breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace had great views (especially at night).
i was allocated an accessible room though i had not requested this. during my stay, there was a complete lack of hot water in the shower. i reported this on the first day, but it was never really fixed.
