super staff kind recommendations sweet staff drink assistance
the staff was super kind! they recommended places to eat and visit. i had no idea about the area. the staff assisted me with my drinks to the room! i couldn't carry everything.
my room seemed in need of a small refresh, but it was still great!

spacious suite fine view convenient location attentive service
i found the upgraded suite spacious. the view of the basilica of santa croce from the 6th floor was indeed fine. the hotel's proximity to grocery stores and a shopping street added to the convenience. i also noticed the attentive service from the staff regarding my requests.
i noticed the neighbourhood surrounding the hotel felt a bit unwelcoming for evening strolls.

slow wifi annoyed staff
the breakfast was good.
the wifi was TERRIBLY slow and constantly dropped. the central ac system meant i couldn't adjust the temperature in my room, so i just had to sweat. the restaurant staff acted annoyed when we walked in at 9pm, even though the kitchen closed at 10pm.

i had a classic double or twin room. breakfast was good with many food options available. i appreciated the hotel being a short walk to the arno riverside..
wi-fi was unreliable. the bed sunk slightly in the middle.
