front desk serviceold accleanliness issues
The front desk service seemed alright. They could probably get a raise.
The hotel seemed dated. It also did not appear kept clean in places. The AC felt as old as the hotel and did not work. I called reception a few times to ask for help with the AC, but they said this was a common complaint and they could not assist.

overpriced and outdated rooms
small drawersintense water pressure
The room was small. I felt cramped. it only had three small drawers, which didn't hold many clothes. There was no iron. the bathroom felt small. The shower only had a half-fixed glass partition, so water went everywhere. the water pressure was intense. I couldn't adjust it. i think the hotel needs an update.
