serene stay with fine views
useful service friendly driver good variety great tour
I found the shuttle service into sorrento quite useful. it saved on taxi costs. the bus driver was friendly and always on time. the breakfast selection had a good variety. I liked the fresh fruit. it was a great addition to my trip.
The floors are tiled so you can hear noise from the hallway early in the mornings. It's not ideal.

The location is ideal for those wanting quieter surroundings. The hotel offers panoramic views of sorrento and the bay of naples. it provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling town, though the transfer was readily available. i enjoyed the calm atmosphere.

The staff were helpful with arranging excursions. the reception team was cute. They provided efficient service. i felt valued as a guest , though the restaurant was not great

The pool area offered a lovely view. I saw many guests enjoyed the infinity pool. there is a scenic bar area. It has comfortable seating. plenty of parking is available with cars. It is very convenient.

super clean grounds shuttle service postcard picture tiled floors old shower limited sunbeds
the grounds were super clean i noticed the staff kept them very well. the shuttle service to the center each night was a nice touch it helped avoid driving. i appreciated the views they were like a postcard picture and very beautiful.
the floors were tiled so sounds carried easily i could hear people in the corridors. the showers seemed old and were hard to use i struggled with the controls. there were not enough sunbeds in shaded areas people reserved them early.

friendly driver great selection fresh towel small bottle
The shuttle to sorrento was punctual, and the driver was friendly. breakfast had a great selection and it was plentiful. The food was amazing!!!
The housekeeping didn't replace towels after taking them. I had to ask for fresh ones. i only received two small water bottles for four people and could not get more.
