I couldn't have asked for a better location! Right by the waterfront and with lovely restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and had all the usual amenities, already cooled for my comfort. The hotel was clean, nicely furnished, and very spacious. The staff, while helpful when asked, could be a bit more proactive and friendlier. The service, however, was fantastic, adapting to all our needs with multiple rooms and guests arriving at different times. The dining experience offered a magnificent spread of delicious dishes. The location was stunning, right at the waterfront with a beautiful view of the harbor and Vesuvius Mountain. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor service improvements needed.

What a lovely stay! The hotel surprised me with a very nice attention for our anniversary, and the room was cosy and well-equipped with beautiful water views from the balcony. The service had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, right in the middle of all happenings, but there were a few discomforts with the room's air conditioning.
