The staff were attentive and happy to help. they made a fuss of my daughter and offered great service at breakfast and the pool bar. the hotel rooms are clean and newly done. The hotel reception area is beautiful.

The air conditioning worked GREAT. The breakfast was substantial and buffet-style.
The front desk greeting felt VERY awkward. The staff seemed more interested in selling a more expensive room they called an "upgrade"! It seemed like they wanted us to pay for the refurbisment costs. There were no umbrellas available at the pool. This was FRUSTRATING.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, offering easy access to many dining options. I found many bars nearby to enjoy the nightlife. It's a GREAT spot. The hotel's central position makes exploring the area very straightforward, and EVERY spot is amazing.

Restaurant employees provided attentive service during meal times. The pool bar staff was also great, with Giuseppe standing out for his AMAZING cocktails. ALL staff members ensured my stay was VERY enjoyable and fun.

The pool area is well kept and offers plenty of sun loungers for all guests. IT'S PERFECT. Towels were readily available for sunbathing and swimming, REALLY cool. This made relaxing by the pool super easy and carefree EVERY day.
