small balcony ineffective air conditioning
The staff at the reception were helpful with directions.
I booked a "Premium Sea View Room Balcony", but the promised balcony was small. Only one person could stand there comfortably (it felt a bit misleading). the room's air conditioning was not working effectively. i reported it, but it did not improve . (it was particularly annoying during the night)

the views were amazing. I enjoyed breakfast while appreciating the beauty. The location provided easy access to the city center. I also appreciated the various options available to reach the city center, including walking and taking a boat.
the entrance was underwhelming on arrival. the hotel had a bland feel, almost depressing in some areas. I noticed the lack of color and features to soften the original aesthetic.

efficient staff high-standard grounds infinity pool ample space
The service stood out. The concierge arranged transfers and excursions before we arrived. the reception staff was efficient. i found the hotel grounds were kept to a very high standard. the infinity pool offered astounding views and ample space for relaxation (it was never too crowded).
i found the breakfast buffet a bit pricey, though the selection was extensive and the quality was good.

the breakfast offered a delicious mix of buffet and cooked-to-order items. i especially enjoyed dining on the terrace each morning. the sommelier was excellent and provided great recommendations. dining at dei cappochini was a highlight.
