My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were immaculate and huge, but they could do with a little more upkeep, especially the headboard. Unfortunately, they didn't come with a private terrace as shown in the advertisement. The service was very helpful and they even assisted in organizing airport transfers and day trips. The location was perfect up high on the hillside with great views, although the heavy traffic and lack of a proper sidewalk made it somewhat dangerous. The dining was wonderful, but some aspects could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel! The rooms were modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable, with a large marble bathroom that had a luxurious tub and shower, along with separate sinks. The service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the town center, offering a stress-free environment with an incredible view. The dining experience at Zitalt was exceptional, especially the delicious homemade cumquat marmalade. Overall, a fantastic experience!
My stay at the NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi was a mixed experience. The hotel has a rich history as a convent, but the rooms were ridiculously small with uncomfortably soft and wobbly beds. The location provided a nice busy vibe without overcrowding, offering fabulous leisure spaces and fresh fruit and vegetable gardens. Overall, the hotel staff worked hard to make guests' experiences great, but it seemed more focused on profit than providing high-quality service.
