The location of the hotel suited my needs.
The minibar in my room was unclean. It required a thorough cleaning. Wait staff was impolite when I asked to take something from the breakfast buffet. The front desk did not seem concerned when I reported the issue.

this access was a good feature. the breakfast included a wide selection. the hotel was within walking distance of the town centre.
the hotel did not allow shortening the stay. this was despite advance notice about flight changes. the hotel manager refused my request. i found this inflexible.
