dirty minibar impolite staff
The location of the hotel suited my needs.
The minibar in my room was unclean. It required a thorough cleaning. Wait staff was impolite when I asked to take something from the breakfast buffet. The front desk did not seem concerned when I reported the issue.

the hotel had a beach area accessible by a lift. this access was a good feature. the breakfast included a wide selection. the hotel was within walking distance of the town centre.
the hotel did not allow shortening the stay. this was despite advance notice about flight changes. the hotel manager refused my request. i found this inflexible.

really good cleanliness warm water private beach
i appreciate the hotel's really good cleanliness. many staff members checked if i had everything i needed. i liked that the private beach is clean and relaxing. the water was particularly warm.
the elevator made some rumbling noise and i could hear it from my room.
