Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is simply amazing, with spacious and elegant rooms offering a comfortable king-size bed. The service provided by Romando, Danilo, Rita, Luca, Marcos, and the whole team is exceptionally welcoming and dedicated. The location is ideal for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, within a short walk to all the attractions. The dining experience is excellent, featuring a huge selection of delicious dishes. The facilities are top-notch, making it worth every penny.
The hotel rooms are great and spacious with balconies that get sun and offer a partial sea view. The front desk staff were good, though not quite reaching five-star standards in my opinion. The service was friendly and professional but had some hiccups with towel requests and pool availability. The location is just perfect, a short walk into town with plenty of cafes and restaurants, facing the Bay of Naples for breathtaking views. The dining experience was good overall, with a buffet selection, but the cooked breakfast was ordinary. The hotel facilities are satisfactory with friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel offers a wonderful array of breakfast options including cooked English breakfast, smoked salmon, and a variety of pastries, breads, and cheeses. However, the rooms had a slightly musty smell and the bathroom tiles were old and cold. The service was efficient in resolving issues but had some lapses in providing towels. The location is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying views of Vesuvius. Dining options were varied but some prices seemed high. Overall, a mixed experience with positive aspects outweighing the negatives.
The hotel overlooks the water, with large rooms and double sinks in large bathrooms. However, the pavement is old and cold, possibly due to noisy club-goers.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the room itself was large and extremely comfortable, the noise from the nearby road made it quite noisy on the balcony. The corridor leading to the room was a bit small and could use a complete refurbishment. Also, having only one power plug was inconvenient, and the bed was uncomfortable and old.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its impeccably clean and quite comfortable rooms. The front desk staff, including Alessandro, Antonio, Paulo, Luciano, Giuseppe, Monica, and the girls, were absolutely fantastic. Although the room was a bit small for three adults, the beauty, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The rooms were a good size with nice furniture and a lovely marble bathroom, offering stunning views over Piazza Lauro and away from road noise. However, there was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell despite the non-smoking policy. The service was top-notch with very gracious and hard-working staff, especially Massimo at the pool. The location was superb, providing a great view of the Sea, a quick walk to town, and a beautiful hotel garden filled with flowers and lemon trees. The dining experience was amazing offering everything one could possibly imagine. The facilities were exceptional, meeting all my needs and expectations.
The hotel offers stunning sea views from the rooms with lovely balconies to enjoy. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and up to a good standard, though access involves navigating steps due to the beautiful gardens. The service is professional, accommodating, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, including complimentary room upgrades. Dining is fantastic with a variety of freshly prepared choices, and the location, just steps from the ocean and within walking distance of the town center, is a dream for a Sorrento vacation.
I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with spacious and exceptionally clean rooms, albeit a bit pricey at £1300 a night. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff like Luca always ready to help. The central location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the stunning views.
