serene location

great service positive attitude sea view efficient operation

marco and the team provided great service. they accommodated our requests and ensured our holiday was successful. reception staff had a positive attitude. our room faced the main courtyard and provided a sea view.

the hotel features a pool located by the sea, complete with deck chairs. white linens, comfortable beds, and super clean rooms added to the experience. bvlgari toiletries were a real treat and were provided.

staff members, including the front desk and restaurant personnel, were attentive. elizabeth at dinner was good, darko in the restaurant gave excellent service and caroline was helpful. the young men helped us with our luggage.

cardio machine slow breakfast

the gym was a bit of a letdown. only one cardio machine worked, you know (that's not exactly a fully equipped fitness center). also, getting drinks at breakfast was slow. sometimes, i even had to ask for napkins, can you believe it? (paper or cloth, anything would have been great)

parking problem unwelcoming staff

the room offered a sea view, a plus (i must admit).

I encountered a significant problem with parking. I received no prior notice and had to leave the car about a kilometer away. the next evening, i was told there was no space available, which caused an argument. the restaurant staff were initially unwelcoming, claiming they were fully booked, then citing a busy kitchen, it felt unnecessarily difficult.
