Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a hidden gem set in Corfu's national park with stunningly beautiful views. The rooms offer a fantastic large balcony with a beautiful view, but the blousy northern guest relations manager can be a drawback. The service is quick but may come across in an unpleasant manner. Dining options are fine, and a highlight is the 'Italian' restaurant in our block. The facilities are modern and convenient, contributing to a pleasant stay.
The hotel is nestled in a hillside location high above the beach, providing a unique and scenic setting. The rooms come with a large balcony and a complimentary large bottle of water, though the view might be lacking. The service is friendly and accommodating overall, except for a couple of minor hiccups. The dining experience offers a selection of a la carte restaurants with one needing improvement. Despite some ups and downs, the facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms varied from having a balcony overlooking a stunning view to a large balcony with a beautiful view, but some had blurry windows. The service was inconsistent with a helpful Duty Manager but a not-so-great manager at the reception desk. The location was nice halfway up a steep slope, but some found it a bit inconvenient being down a big hill. The dining at La Perla restaurant was enjoyable for some, but others felt it could be improved.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside was that the mirror in the bathroom wasn't cleaned to a 5-star standard, but that was easily overlooked due to the fantastic large balcony with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, set in the hillside with access to an amazing cliff beach and a short walk to a charming shopping and restaurant area. The service was top-notch, with a helpful Duty Manager, quick service, and an array of convenient amenities available. The dining experience, especially at the 'Italian' in my block, was delightful, catering well for vegetarians and offering an all-inclusive option. I thoroughly enjoyed the serene atmosphere by the beach bar and on the private beach, despite the slightly steep slope. Overall, a great value for money experience with a few minor room cleanliness issues.
The hotel offers stunning views and exceptional room cleanliness, but the service quality could be inconsistent. It's located in a beautiful national park setting, although noise levels may vary. The dining experiences vary in quality, but the facilities are generally satisfying.
