Really good Stay with Fantastic Amenities

My room was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. A private balcony offered enjoyable beach and mountain views (I spent many hours there). The hotel grounds feature well kept gardens and a lovely pool area. The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help with a smile.
The buggy service, while helpful, occasionally required a short wait.

The grounds are set on a steep hillside, requiring transport to navigate the hotel. Buggies are readily available for transport between different levels of the hotel.

The main restaurant offers a wide variety of freshly prepared food with great service. Plenty of vegetarian options are available. The Culinarium restaurant is a nice dining option included with stays over five days, and Vertigo offers a lobster night for an extra charge.

The room included a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and well-stocked amenities. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh water was provided. Issues were addressed promptly, showing good maintenance and care (this was appreciated!).

i was very grateful for the beautiful trees around the pool and dining area! i enjoyed having meals under the trees. the hotel had removable hangers in the room, a very useful hand rail in the bath, a shower, and a separate shower, all very convenient.
i noticed a sewage smell in the main area and it seemed to get worse ! this was quite unpleasant. it is a negative detail that i hope they will fix.

The main restaurant provides freshly prepared food and a wide variety. The house wine is passable. paid options include very good wines. the restaurant food quality is excellent. I have nothing to complain about.

the hotel is built into a steep hillside, and there is a very steep staircase for main block access. a slow funicular railway provides access to accommodation areas. the hotel also features convenient buggy services, carefully driven by friendly staff.

the hotel staff are polite, courteous, and friendly! they are the hotel's greatest asset. the views from most places in the grounds are lovely. the general hotel is clean!

The staff members at the pool were friendly and helpful. They always seemed ready to assist guests with finding loungers or ordering drinks.
My room was quite disappointing (especially considering the price). The shower head leaked constantly, so the bathroom floor was always wet. There was also a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom some nights. I reported it, but the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay.
