the room was spacious, i found it well designed. it had a great view. the breakfast menu offered variety. the food seemed well prepared.
i found too many kids around, they were screaming and running. this happened everywhere, even inside the lobby bar. the pool had many kids splashing water around. the restaurant staff was not very warm, i had a bad experience with one of them.

I appreciated the spacious studio. It was clean and well appointed. using the spa and pool was enjoyable and parking was on site! room service was speedy and courteous.

Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choices. i appreciated the quality of the food. The selection was quite good! the buffet breakfast included many varieties to choose from.

The apartment was neat, spacious, and well equipped. it included a balcony. Both rooms accessed this. the apartment size was very comfortable with clean interiors and a terrace.

The location is relatively good with easy access to the mountain. It took 13 minutes to walk from the gondola. the hotel provides shuttle services to get to the gondola. It is within walking distance of the centre too.

The staff was very polite and attentive. The cleaning ladies especially stood out! our request to be next to our friend family's apartment was taken into account. The staff clarified a fire alarm incident very politely.

The spa area included saunas, a pool, and a whirlpool. The pool features warm water! there is a nice garden with hammocks in the backyard along with a volleyball net. Indoor and outdoor areas exist for kids.
