I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and sufficiently spacious with 4 beds, making it suitable for families, but the noise levels could be overwhelming when multiple coachloads were present. The service staff had a warm and welcoming attitude, despite some being off the pace and busy answering calls. The location offered stunning views of the Meteora rocks but had poor beddings and noise issues at night. The dining experience was subpar with poorly prepared food but served in a spacious dining room meant for large groups. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
