The service staff seems preoccupied with their phones, especially around the pool and Spa areas, and may not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. The location, though slightly worn, provides ample space without feeling crowded, offering Fisjh Spa services. The dining options are diverse, including a variety of foods served buffet style. The facilities are satisfactory overall, with room for improvement.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms and friendly service. The location was ideal for a peaceful getaway, although the dining options could be improved. Overall, a great value for money stay.
