the hotel location is good and close to the beach.
i was really annoyed about the sewage smell in my room. the staff said other guests reported the same problem. i also saw that the balcony was not cleaned for a long time. the breakfast buffet didn't get refilled fast enough either.

I secured a package deal through super.com, which i found to be excellent! this hotel feels like stepping back in time. The overall ambiance makes me feel quite regal. our room faced the sea, so i could see a lovely sunset. i also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet.

the staff was helpful, especially cristian. he really helped with parking. i also enjoyed good service at breakfast because of my pregnancy. a server remembered my decaf coffee order each day. the hotel is definitely historic and located near the beach. the building appearance is like a palace and breathes history.
the event in the ballroom went on until late. it caused some noise issues . i wish i had known earlier.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. I noticed stains on the carpet. The windows also seemed as if they had not been cleaned for a while. The pool was small and crowded with children, so I chose not to use it.
