good location helpful staff
The location was convenient (close to everything i wanted to see). The staff members, Francisca and Alaan, were helpful with directions.
The room heating wasn't easily adjustable. It seemed locked on a specific setting.

the location was great near shopping areas. it was very clean. i liked the decor it had.
my room were right off the entrance. the rooms are dated and scuffed.

amazing views accommodating gentleman great location
the building has amazing views from the first floor onto the canals. the front desk had this young portuguese gentleman. he was so accommodating! the location is away from the city's busy parts, but close enough if you want to visit.
