huge selection fresh pastries available staff
The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of items. The quality was amazing!!! i found fresh pastries and various hot dishes. the room included a minibar and a safe. Both were very useful. staff were always available at the front desk and were happy to assist with directions.
the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

the breakfast started early at 6:15 so i made it to my meetings on time
i asked for a snack one night i was told i could only order from the menu it seemed inflexible for a hotel of this supposed caliber

fantastic stay, highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the alcove room. It accommodated my family perfectly. the restaurants were super, i loved the variety. the pool and fitness area added such a nice touch. everything was so convenient!

I interacted with the valet service, and it was comprehensive. front desk staff were very attentive. They promptly arranged taxis. check-in staff are friendly. They provided all necessary information clearly.

the swimming pool is a good size, it is great for relaxation. the fitness center includes treadmills and weight machines. there is also a spa area offering massages and treatments.

beverage selection separate shower writing desk convenient transport
The room included a minibar with a selection of beverages and snacks. The bathroom offered a bathtub and a separate shower with good water pressure. I found a writing desk in the room that allowed me to work comfortably. The hotel's location is near the train station, offering convenient transport options.
The climate control system seemed to have limited adjustability.

The concierge service assisted with directions and local information in a friendly manner. Room service was available 24 hours. The staff were patient and helpful , even when i spoke in broken german.
