lovely stay near the airport
rare servicewarm welcomebig reception
I discovered the hotel provided a washing machine and dryer available for free. This was rare and useful for travellers. the gentlemen at reception gave me a warm welcome. The check-in process was prompt. the hotel décor includes a big reception area plus a comfortable lounge.
The gym was closed. I found this disappointing, as i had hoped to use it

My triple room was quite spacious. It offered good soundproofing to block outside noise. there was a large bathroom with a hairdryer. coffee, tea, and a kettle were in the bedroom, so i could relax and make a drink.

The hotel's location provided easy access to transit routes. it allowed quick trips to various points of interest. nearby tram 52 goes to zuid and m 52 goes to central station. This makes getting around very easy.

The staff went the extra mile. They ensured my stay was excellent. breakfast included bread rolls, butter, jams, meat, cheese, fruit, and coffee. It gave good choices. i found the availability of on-site parking particularly convenient.

the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, a good thing after a long journey.
i was quite frustrated because the air conditioning did not work throughout my stay. i told the reception, it was not fixed, and no one came to check. they offered a fan, but the room was still very hot, especially at night. they told me the hotel was full, so i could not change rooms, quite disappointing.

i stayed in july 2024. the staff at reception was really helpful. the room had a separate toilet and shower, which i found very convenient. the bed was really comfortable, and the large tv was a nice bonus.
the hotel did not have evening food available, only fried options from the bar. the nearby restaurant was full. this made dining inconvenient.
