secure parking superb breakfast amazing restaurant
The secure parking under the hotel was very convenient. I also found the breakfast to be superb. The hotel restaurant provided amazing food. The cigar lounge bar was very nice.
The room was not cleaned once .

Fantastic Stay!
superb room direct view secure parking useful umbrella
The staff assigned us a superb room with a direct view of the Glockenspiel House (it was AMAZING!). We watched the last glockenspiel "show" of the evening from our room. An umbrella was provided, which proved useful. The hotel offers secure parking. THAT was a great relief.
The room wasn't cleaned (I was so surprised by it). The bar was in a corner of reception. This felt a little underwhelming.

The hotel is within walking distance of the shopping street and stores. It provides convenient access, particularly during the Christmas market (a highlight of our trip).

central location useful umbrella direct view evening show
the hotel is near marketplatz, a short walk. my room had an umbrella, useful with the weather. the staff assigned me a room overlooking the glockenspiel house and cathedral. i watched the glockenspiel show from my room.
there was a slight noise from the hallway at times.

central location underground parking comfortable rooms unclean room expensive breakfast disappointing bar
the location was very central. the underground parking was available, though limited. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The room wasn't cleaned . breakfast was expensive. I went to the town square. the bar was in a corner of the reception area, a little disappointing.
