The hotel is near attractions and shopping. The room was excellent and spacious. I found the food in the restaurant to be lovely.
The air conditioning was not working in the room. I contacted reception two times about it. I was told it was solved , but it was not.

The hotel had a satisfying breakfast buffet. Parking was available upon request, I appreciated that. The location was close to local restaurants and the city center is a nice walk from the hotel.
The room did not have slippers. The air conditioning was not working properly. I contacted reception twice, and staff said it was fixed. the air conditioning never worked.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . breakfast included a great variety of options and the food was delicious. the room provided was spacious and beautifully decorated, with cozy amenities.
The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. I contacted reception twice about it, but the issue persisted despite assurances that it would be resolved.

The personnel were polite and attentive. i observed they promptly addressed guest inquiries and requests. the check-in and check-out processes were efficient, great for a seamless experience. Staff were fluent in multiple languages.
