Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. Although the location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk from the Cheese Market, the rooms left much to be desired. The lack of a room telephone and the need for a refreshment update were unexpected inconveniences. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly staff going out of their way to assist me, even calling to provide GPS coordinates for the nearest parking garage. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short of expectations with limited and not very interesting food options at a high price. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were decent and well-maintained.
The hotel's location is perfect, very near everything in the center of town, but the noisy night due to local celebrations was not ideal. The rooms were big and comfortable, though a bit cold without proper heating. The service was friendly and helpful, taking the edge off our visit. The dining experience had plenty of choices but was occasionally congested.
The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of the old town, offering a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfy, spacious, and air-conditioned, though lacking windows. The dining experience, though simple, has diverse and delicious options. The service was exceptional, taking care of travel arrangements even during unpredictable situations.
The hotel offers a central location with fine rooms, including a spacious bathroom with a bright roof window controlled by a remote. The service was a pleasant highlight, although some maintenance issues were noticed. Parking can be challenging but the proximity to the city's attractions compensates for it.
